Q: Is your platform live and usable?
A: Not yet. We are currently in pre-release phase and working hard to ready our platform for general use and "go live".
Q: As an Employer, why are you charging me if you are not live and usable?
A: We are not currently billing and will not start until we go live. You will be notified at least 30 days prior to the go-live date and start of payment period.
Q: As an Employer, why do you require a payment method if you are not currently billing?
A: Although we are not processing a payment at the moment, we are asking for your subscription and payment information as a commitment to partner with us when we do go live. Your continued support enables us to reach our platform milestones and secure additional investment capitol.
Q: When is your platform going live?
A: Although it depends on early adoption and your support, we have a tentative timeline of 2021 Q1.
Q: Is my personal information safe?
A: Yes. All of your data is securely stored with AES-256 and AES-128 bit encryption. We will never share your information with third parties.
Q: What is the average cost-per-hire?
A: According to a July 2019 Glassdoor report, the average U.S. employer spends about $4,000 and 24 days to hire a new worker. Research from Bersin by Deloitte found it takes companies an average $4,000 and 52 days to fill open positions with more mature recruiting organizations spending almost $6,500 on average per new hire.
Q: As an Employer, do you charge a percentage per hire?
A: No. Unlike staffing agencies and recruiters who charge 15-25% of first-year salary, we only charge a monthly subscription.
Q: How does GeekBidz differ from job posting sites like Indeed, Monster, and ZipRecruiter?
A: Unlike most online job sites that charge monthly to advertise open positions, GeekBidz provides an end-to-end hiring solution for a fixed monthly subscription.
Q: How do I contact you?
A: The best way to reach us is email@example.com. Your questions and comments are important to us, and we strive to respond within 24 hours. We will also be adding a toll-free support number in the near future.
